Cancellation Policy
In order to make a booking, a £25 deposit must be made through the website. The outstanding balance can be paid immediately after the deposit is paid but no later than 48 hours before the appointment to ensure enough time for our service professionals to prepare for the appointment. Confirmation emails will be sent periodically before the appointment to remind you to pay the outstanding balance - one immediately after paying the deposit, one 72 hours before your appointment, and another 60 hours before your appointment. By booking our services you agree to these terms and conditions and accept that the £25 deposit will not be refunded, and your booking will be cancelled, if your appointment is in less than 48 hours and you have not paid the outstanding balance. To cancel or reschedule, please do so in the 'My Bookings' tab through the Client Portal, or by contacting us, at least 48 hours before your appointment. The option to cancel and reschedule will disappear if you wait until the appointment is less than 48 hours away. If you can't commit to your appointment, and you have not informed us more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment, you will lose your £25 deposit. If you need to cancel the appointment and it is within 48 hours of the appointment, please still let us know as far in advance as possible. We value the time of our service professionals and last minute cancellations prevent them from working.
